NTSC VHS. Slipcover. Theatrical Cut. Initially produced by label HBO/Cannon Video, shortly after having released Dawn of the Dead, HBO acquired Cannon's interest and the company was eventually called HBO Video. Subsequent covers were therefore printed with the HBO Video logo only.
